Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 ½ cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Melted butter

Filling

  • 1 cup Heavy cream cold
  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Fresh strawberries sliced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let it cool completely.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream.
  6. Spread the cream mixture over the cooled crust. Top with sliced strawberries.
  7. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
