Strawberry Cream Cheese Pie

Crust
- 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Butter, melted
Filling
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
Topping
- 2 cups Fresh Strawberries, sliced
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.
Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let it cool completely.
In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into the cream cheese mixture.
Spread the filling evenly over the cooled crust. Top with sliced strawberries.
Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
