Strawberry Cream Cheese French Toast

- 8 slices Bread Thick slices
- 1 cup Strawberries Sliced
- ½ cup Cream Cheese Softened
- 4 large Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 tablespoon Butter For cooking
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
2. Spread softened cream cheese on one side of each bread slice.
3. Place sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese on half of the bread slices. Top with the remaining bread slices to make sandwiches.
4. Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are well-coated.
5. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook each sandwich until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
6. Serve warm, optionally with a dusting of powdered sugar or a drizzle of maple syrup.
