  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded coconut, chopped strawberries, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  5. Let the macaroons cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
