Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Melted Butter

Filling

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream cold
  • 1 cup Strawberry Puree fresh or frozen

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into a pie dish to form the crust.
  2. 2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. 3. Gradually add heavy cream, beating until stiff peaks form.
  4. 4. Fold in strawberry puree gently.
  5. 5. Pour mixture into the crust. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
