Strawberry Banana French Toast Casserole

- 1 loaf French bread cut into cubes
- 2 cups Strawberries sliced
- 2 units Bananas sliced
- 6 units Eggs
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ¼ cup Maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a baking dish and add the cubed French bread, strawberries, and bananas.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and cinnamon.
Pour the egg mixture over the bread and fruit in the baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and the casserole is set.
