Strawberry Almond Crumble

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Crumble Topping
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, granulated sugar, and cornstarch. Toss to coat the strawberries evenly. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix the flour, rolled oats, sliced almonds, and brown sugar. Pour in the melted butter and vanilla extract, and stir until the mixture is crumbly.
Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the strawberry mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the strawberries are bubbly.
