  • 1 lb Red jalapeño peppers stems removed
  • 4 cloves Garlic peeled
  • ¼ cup White vinegar
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Blend the peppers, garlic, vinegar, sugar, and salt until smooth.
  2. 2. Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and simmer over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3. Let the sauce cool, then transfer to a jar and refrigerate.
