  • ½ cup popcorn kernels
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • ½ teaspoon salt or to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the popcorn kernels and cover the pot with a lid.
  3. 3. Shake the pot occasionally until popping slows down.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and transfer popcorn to a mixing bowl.
  5. 5. Drizzle melted butter and sriracha sauce over the popcorn. Toss to coat evenly.
  6. 6. Sprinkle with salt and serve immediately.
