Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Butter softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon Almond extract
- 1 large Egg
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon Baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in vanilla extract, almond extract, and egg until well combined.
Gradually add in the flour, baking powder, and salt, mixing until just combined.
Fill a cookie press with dough and press cookies onto an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
Cool on wire racks.
