Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- ½ cup Butter softened
- 2 units Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ½ cup Milk
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder. Gradually add to the creamed mixture alternately with milk, beating well after each addition.
Pour batter into a greased baking tray and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
