Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 20 pieces Jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups Ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 10 oz Frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cups Marinara sauce

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each shell with the cheese and spinach mixture.
  5. Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Arrange stuffed shells in the baking dish. Pour remaining marinara sauce over the shells.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot.
