Instructions
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
3. Add mushrooms and cook until they are tender, about 5 minutes.
4. Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
5. Add cooked pasta to the pan and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
