Spinach Feta Turnovers Recipe

- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 package puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten for egg wash
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach and crumbled feta cheese.
Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares.
Place a spoonful of spinach and feta mixture in the center of each square.
Fold the pastry over to form a triangle and press edges to seal.
Brush the tops with beaten egg.
Place turnovers on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
