  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry
  • 200 g Fresh Spinach washed and chopped
  • 150 g Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 3 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and place it in a tart pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the chopped spinach and crumbled feta to the egg mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into the tart pan over the puff pastry.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until the tart is golden and set.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving.
