Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds.
  3. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  4. Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. Remove from heat and mix in crumbled feta cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Stuff the bell peppers with the spinach and feta mixture.
  7. Place stuffed peppers in a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
