  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 unit egg beaten (for egg wash)
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a floured surface.
  3. Spread chopped spinach and crumbled feta evenly over the pastry.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Roll the pastry into a log and cut into 1-inch slices.
  6. Place slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
