Spinach Feta Puff Pastry Rolls

- 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
- 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
- 0.5 cup feta cheese crumbled
- 1 unit egg beaten (for egg wash)
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a floured surface.
Spread chopped spinach and crumbled feta evenly over the pastry.
Season with salt and pepper.
Roll the pastry into a log and cut into 1-inch slices.
Place slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the tops with beaten egg.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
