  • 1 sheet Puff pastry thawed
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 cup Feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  3. In a bowl, mix the chopped spinach, feta cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spread the spinach mixture evenly over the puff pastry.
  5. Roll the pastry tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch pieces.
  6. Place the pinwheels on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
