- 1 sheet Puff pastry thawed
- 2 cups Fresh spinach chopped
- 1 cup Feta cheese crumbled
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
In a bowl, mix the chopped spinach, feta cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Spread the spinach mixture evenly over the puff pastry.
Roll the pastry tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch pieces.
Place the pinwheels on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving.
