- 1 package Puff pastry thawed
- 2 cups Fresh spinach chopped
- 1 cup Feta cheese crumbled
- 1 piece Egg beaten
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach and crumbled feta cheese.
Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
Place a spoonful of the spinach-feta mixture in the center of each square.
Fold the pastry over the filling to form a triangle and press the edges to seal.
Brush the tops with beaten egg.
Place pastries on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
