Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Spinach chopped
  • ½ cup Feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, beat the egg and then add the milk and olive oil. Mix well.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Fold in the chopped spinach and crumbled feta cheese.
  5. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease with oil.
  6. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
