Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
Add spinach, cook until wilted.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over spinach mixture.
Sprinkle feta cheese on top.
Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until eggs are set.
