  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach chopped
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, crumbled feta, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the spinach mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
