Spinach Artichoke White Cheese Pizza

- 1 package Pizza dough store-bought or homemade
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 cup Spinach fresh, chopped
- 1 cup Artichoke hearts chopped
- ½ cup Ricotta cheese
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
Top with shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, chopped spinach, and artichoke hearts.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
