Main Ingredients
- 12 oz Pasta any type
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 cup Spinach fresh, chopped
- 1 cup Artichoke hearts chopped
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
3. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
4. Add chopped spinach and artichoke hearts. Cook until spinach is wilted.
5. Toss in cooked pasta and mix well. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve warm.
