Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup Artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 loaf French bread

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, and minced garlic.
  3. Cut the French bread loaf in half lengthwise and spread the spinach-artichoke mixture evenly on both halves.
  4. Place the bread halves on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve warm.
