  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach
  • 1 cup Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 pcs Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Add salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in the spinach, mushrooms, and half of the shredded cheese.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden and the center is set.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
