Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach roughly chopped
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the mushrooms and cook until they are tender.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
  6. Toss the cooked fettuccine in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
