- 1 loaf Bread Dough pre-made or homemade
- 2 cups Spinach fresh, chopped
- 1 cup Feta Cheese crumbled
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, crumbled feta cheese, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Roll out the bread dough into a rectangle.
Spread the spinach and feta mixture evenly over the dough.
Roll the dough up tightly and place it on a baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the bread is golden brown.
Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
