Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Bread Dough pre-made or homemade
  • 2 cups Spinach fresh, chopped
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, crumbled feta cheese, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Roll out the bread dough into a rectangle.
  4. Spread the spinach and feta mixture evenly over the dough.
  5. Roll the dough up tightly and place it on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until the bread is golden brown.
  7. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
