Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 300 g fresh spinach
  • 200 g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 ml milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook until soft.
  3. Add spinach, cook until wilted. Remove from heat.
  4. In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk. Add feta, spinach mixture, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  5. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until set and golden.
