Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook until soft.
Add spinach, cook until wilted. Remove from heat.
In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk. Add feta, spinach mixture, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes or until set and golden.
