  • 6 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 4 Eggs beaten
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • 1 Pie crust pre-made or homemade

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in spinach, bacon, and cheese.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
