  • 1 package Flatbread
  • 1 cup Spinach chopped
  • 1 cup Artichoke Hearts chopped
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place flatbread on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush flatbread with olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic.
  4. Top with chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven, slice, and serve warm.
