Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add onion, garlic, and red chili. Sauté until onion is translucent.
Add canned tomatoes and fish stock. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add shrimp, mussels, and squid. Cook until seafood is done, about 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh parsley.
