Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red chili, chopped
  • 400 g canned tomatoes
  • 200 ml fish stock
  • 200 g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 200 g mussels, cleaned
  • 200 g squid, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, garlic, and red chili. Sauté until onion is translucent.
  3. Add canned tomatoes and fish stock. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Add shrimp, mussels, and squid. Cook until seafood is done, about 5 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh parsley.
