Spicy Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground chicken
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
- 1 cup Hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- 1 cup Water chestnuts, diced
- 1 head Butter lettuce Leaves separated
- 2 stalks Green onions, sliced
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground chicken and cook until browned.
Add the garlic and ginger, and cook for another 2 minutes.
Stir in the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and sriracha. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Add the water chestnuts and green onions, and cook for another minute.
Spoon the mixture into lettuce leaves and serve immediately.
