Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground chicken
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 1 cup Hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 cup Water chestnuts, diced
  • 1 head Butter lettuce Leaves separated
  • 2 stalks Green onions, sliced

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground chicken and cook until browned.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger, and cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and sriracha. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the water chestnuts and green onions, and cook for another minute.
  5. Spoon the mixture into lettuce leaves and serve immediately.
