Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • ½ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • ¼ cup Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, Sriracha, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger. Stir well.
  3. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat.
  4. Mix cornstarch with water and add to the saucepan. Stir until the sauce thickens.
  5. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before tossing with cooked wings.
