Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread sliced in half lengthwise
  • 200 g Spaghetti cooked
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, marinara sauce, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  3. Place the sliced French bread on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic.
  4. Top the bread with the spaghetti mixture. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
