Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 6 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage
  • ¼ cup diced bell pepper
  • ¼ cup diced onion
  • ¼ cup salsa
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions 

  1. Whisk eggs and milk in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add bell pepper and onion, cook until softened.
  3. Add eggs to the skillet, cook and scramble until set.
  4. Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  5. Divide scrambled eggs, sausage, cheese, and salsa among tortillas.
  6. Roll up each tortilla to form a burrito.
