Southwest Breakfast Burritos
A delicious and easy breakfast burrito with a southwest twist.

Main Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 6 large eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage
- ¼ cup diced bell pepper
- ¼ cup diced onion
- ¼ cup salsa
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
Whisk eggs and milk in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add bell pepper and onion, cook until softened.
Add eggs to the skillet, cook and scramble until set.
Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
Divide scrambled eggs, sausage, cheese, and salsa among tortillas.
Roll up each tortilla to form a burrito.
