- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 pie crust pre-baked
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the raisins, sour cream, sugar, beaten eggs, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into the pre-baked pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the filling is set and the top is lightly browned.
Allow the pie to cool before serving.
