7. Divide the dough into 8 pieces. Roll each piece into a rope and cut into 1-inch bites.
8. Boil the pretzel bites in the baking soda water for 30 seconds. Remove with a slotted spoon and place on the baking sheet.
9. Brush the pretzel bites with beaten egg and sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
10. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
