Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter cut into pieces
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions 

  1. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the sugar, corn syrup, and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until the mixture reaches 245°F (118°C) on a candy thermometer.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and sea salt.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and let it cool completely.
  6. Once cooled, cut into small squares and wrap each piece in parchment paper.
