Soft-Baked Monster Cookies
Chewy, soft-baked cookies loaded with chocolate chips, oats, and M&Ms.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Butter softened
- 1 cup Brown Sugar packed
- ½ cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 Eggs large
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 ½ cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 2 cups Old-Fashioned Oats
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup M&Ms
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and baking soda. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Stir in the oats, chocolate chips, and M&Ms.
Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are lightly browned. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
