S'mores Tartlets
Delicious mini tarts with a graham cracker crust, chocolate filling, and toasted marshmallow topping.

Crust
- 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 6 tablespoon Butter, melted
Filling
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 8 oz Semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into muffin tin to form crusts.
Bake crusts for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until just simmering. Pour over chopped chocolate and whisk until smooth. Pour chocolate filling into cooled crusts.
Top each tartlet with mini marshmallows. Use a blowtorch to toast the marshmallows until golden brown.
Let tartlets set in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
