S'mores Cookies
Delicious cookies that combine the classic flavors of s'mores: chocolate, marshmallow, and graham crackers.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Butter softened
- 1 cup Brown sugar packed
- ½ cup Granulated sugar
- 2 Eggs large
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 ½ cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Chocolate chips
- 1 cup Mini marshmallows
- 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs.
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
