S'mores Cheesecake
A delightful blend of classic s'mores and creamy cheesecake.

Crust
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ cup butter, melted
Filling
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Fold in mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
Pour filling over crust. Bake for 60 minutes or until center is set.
Cool completely before removing from pan. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
