Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 Bagels sliced and toasted
  • 4 oz Smoked Salmon
  • 4 tablespoon Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 1 Tomato sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Capers
  • 1 Lemon cut into wedges
  • to taste Fresh Dill chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Slice and toast the bagels.
  2. 2. Spread the softened cream cheese evenly on each half of the toasted bagels.
  3. 3. Layer the smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese.
  4. 4. Add thinly sliced red onion and tomato slices on top of the salmon.
  5. 5. Sprinkle capers over the top.
  6. 6. Garnish with fresh dill and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
