Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 tablespoon melted butter

Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until combined. Add the egg and mix just until incorporated.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until the center is set. Let it cool completely before removing from the pan and serving.
