- 3 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 packet dry onion soup mix
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup water
- 4 large carrots, chopped
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
Place the roast in the slow cooker.
Add the dry onion soup mix, beef broth, and water.
Add the chopped carrots and cubed potatoes.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is tender.
