- 2 cups Steel-cut oats
- 6 cups Water
- 1 cup Milk or any non-dairy milk
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
1. Add oats, water, milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt to the slow cooker.
2. Stir to combine.
3. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or overnight.
