Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • ½ cup Soy Sauce
  • ½ cup Honey
  • ¼ cup Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Ginger
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, minced ginger, and water. Pour over chicken.
  3. Cook on low for 4 hours.
  4. Remove chicken and shred. Set aside.
  5. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water. Add to the slow cooker and stir to thicken the sauce.
  6. Return shredded chicken to the slow cooker and mix with the sauce. Cook for an additional 10 minutes.
