Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie Stew Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken breasts, cubed
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.5 cup heavy cream
1. Add chicken, broth, vegetables, potatoes, onions, thyme, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
2. Cook on low for 8 hours or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
3. Stir in heavy cream and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
