Instructions
Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
Add the garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
Add the snow peas and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir well to combine.
Cook for another 2 minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.
Serve hot with rice or noodles.
